Cedar Sauna

These wonderful folks have done an incredible job cultivating a magical space with their off grid spa. We helped them build this dome from out 20′ plans out of green milled cedar, but the details are where it shines. The dome has a radiant slab and hot water tub that is powered by the wood stove via a thermosiphon! It is really amazing to see the system in action. Even without insulation, the dome was so toasty warm even though it was very cold outside.
